I can't say enough good things about this place and Nick, the manager. I had a very soft tire, or course it's the weekend! Filled with air in the morning, by mid afternoon was nearly flat- and I needed to travel the next day/Sunday. Nick took the time to call another shop to see if THEY were less busy (they weren't), then checked if he even had 2 tires for me. After apologizing a number of times that I would have to wait (there were 3 people sitting waiting already and all bays were full) he promised he would get it done for me. I wasn't concerned with the wait- there were others there ahead of me! But Nick felt bad. Ended up, they stayed after they closed to finish my car to send me safely on my way. VERY courteous, concerned, professional and polite! Kept me informed of my status. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for easing my worried mind!

Excellent service, extremely helpful easy to work with, very accommodating. We went to a lot of other places that turned us down. We will definitely come back. Good service is getting harder and harder to find! Thank you NICK and Ramon.

Visiting the area for a show with my girlfriends and a tire picked up a nail in the construction on the thruway. The tire was quickly losing pressure. We pulled off the exit to the nearest place which landed us here. The gentleman there took pity on us and fit us in to patch it. They were so kind and friendly. We appreciate them acting quickly so we could still make it to the hotel and our show. If we ever need anything done again in the area, this is where we will go.

Your team members not only quickly performed the tasks I had requested, but also notified me about a problem, probably caused by a previous, different shop, and without charging me, took a step to at least temporarily prevent that from being an issue. I don’t think I’ve been to the shop before, but it’s now at the top of my list for future repairs. The two guys I dealt with were great!

I called to set an an appointment on Monday May 11th at 5pm. to get an oil change and an alignment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they just received my appointment with the call center and they did not have anyone there to do the work. I made the appointment the next day same time. No issues- until I left and my car still pulled to the right. I was going to go back but the guy who worked on my car left right before me. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 5. I was called the the store stating the tech had an emergency and had to leave asked if I could do it today- Thursday at 5. I agreed to that. NOT 2 minutes later they called and said the guy who does alignments is off tomorrow meaning Thursday. At that Point I said I am going to go to the Monroe. I said I have never had bad customer service from this location and I will never come back here again. He apologized and said that he would make a phone call to the Monroe on Onondaga Boulevard in Syracuse. I called this morning just to verify that I had an appointment. Explained that the gentleman from the Syracuse location was going to call to verify the appointment. When I called. And asked if they had an appoi
